Tara Hagan-Fields has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006. Branching from traditional Massage Therapy she has focused her practice on Myofascial Release and Fascial restrictions.  10 years in to her practice, she branched even further to create a space, safe for all healing; with a dream of creating a team of other like minded therapists trained in Myofascial Release Therapy focused on whole body healing.

Her passion lies within the Women’s Health field and NOW,  has been expanding in to Canine & Equine Myofascial Release Therapy.

She is an Expert-level therapist in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach™, where she not only treats patients but also assists in training other local and international therapists. She’s also trained in other forms of Myofascial Release Therapy and Structural Integration, allowing her to approach the body with a deep understanding of fascial systems and movement patterns. She has pursued specializing in the education in Women’s Health—covering areas such as pregnancy, doula support, breast health, chronic pelvic pain, Biotensegrity Medicine, and Visceral Manipulation. This diverse and integrative training has shaped her into the skilled, intuitive, and compassionate therapist she is today.

Tara encourages every client to be an active participant in their healing journey. She believes that awareness gives us choice—that by becoming present in your body and giving yourself permission to feel, you begin to unlock true healing. Past experiences and traumas often shape how we feel today, both physically and emotionally. Through presence and awareness, Tara helps guide clients toward releasing what no longer serves them—so they can move forward with greater freedom and connection.
